The Albuquerque office opened its doors in January 2012 at the Indian Pueblo Culture Center. Located in the heart of New Mexico alongside the famous Rio Grande River, our office is located in a city that is highly famous for hosting the World’s Largest Balloon Fiesta and the Gathering of Nations Pow-Wow every year! People travel from all over the world come to partake and spectate in these events. Not only that Albuquerque is a great place for tourists, it is an easy gateway to 19 surrounding Pueblo tribes and Navajo Reservations that are well known for their hand-made jewelry, pottery, art and especially food. Nearby also includes the famous Sandia Peak Aerial Tramway that transports you above deep canyons, a breathtaking terrain a distance of 2.7 miles and you will be able to see some of New Mexico’s nature more dramatic beauty before you. With many things to do and being, the largest city in New Mexico there is a great opportunity for growth!

When our office first opened, we had less than 5 clients and in 2015 we decided it was time for a change. We moved to an open & convenient location that also has a view of the beautiful Sandia Mountains and our office has since grown! With businesses and population growing in the Duke City, one thing is certain; many of the clients that are requesting for home care prefer Native American owned, in which Soaring Eagles is able to benefit from.

Tiffanie Zeno

Office Coordinator

Tiffanie provides managerial support to the New Mexico Regional offices. She is Dine (Navajo) born and raised in Gallup, New Mexico and speaks her language. She has over ten years of experience working in the home & healthcare field, including at Presbyterian Medical Services, Lovelace Health Systems and Quality Home Care. She received an A.A. in social work in 2013, and she plans to finish her education journey with a M.A. in healthcare management. As a child she remembers she always had a desire to “encourage and assist those in need” in the community around her. She learned to advocate at a young age for her grandparents by helping them with reading health information, directions for medication, filling out paperwork, finding referrals/resources, etc., which she still does today. She has developed that learning tool since and now has the passion to helps those that need assistance. She is determined to make sure the clients always get the upmost honest and professional services they deserve.

When she is not working, Tiffanie likes to travel, explore the outdoors, has a bucket list to visit every waterfall in the world, goes hunting, enjoys time with her family, volunteers in her community as much as possible, and most importantly dedicates time to her faith. Tiffanie’s heart is to be there for people by caring and serving them even if it’s just having a cup of coffee or sending a simple text message to let them know she cares. She says, “The benefits of a simple gesture such as a smile or thank you encourages me to shine and give more in everything I do.” She is extremely blessed to be on board with Soaring Eagles Home Care, and her primary focus will always be on providing better service to the clients, PCAs, and employees.

Raelene Chapo

Field Coordinator

My name is Raelene Chapo. I am the Field Coordinator for Soaring Eagles Home Care, Albuquerque. I’ve been employed with the company since December 2017. So far, I have been enjoying the experience of what my job title consists of. I consider myself a very compassionate person who loves to help, and this experience of interacting with clients on a one-to-one basis has brought me up to another level of respect for “Honoring those we Serve.” I have experience, patience, stability, and growth, which I now feel I have accomplished at a higher level. Because of this, I feel I will never give up on anything I put my mind to. My encouragement is to remember there is always a brighter side to everything.
