Strategic Projects Manager
Han! Hello! My name is Molly Montana, and I have been with the company for over 10 years. I started off as the Metro office receptionist in February 2008 and I have worked my way up to the Strategic Projects Manager position.
I grew up in Rapid City, South Dakota, and I am enrolled member of the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe in Eagle Butte, South Dakota. I have two children, Sophie and Colt. I am currently a student at Augsburg University, where I am studying for a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Economics and a minor in American Indian Studies. Circle of Life has been a blessing to me. I was given the opportunity to help our people, and I do not take this lightly. It is a privilege to work for such a wonderful company. I feel as if we are making a difference in Native Country, and I anticipate great things for everyone in the future.
Pilamayaye! Thank you!
Noell Feather Earring
Corporate PCA Coordinator
My name is Noell Feather Earring. I have been with Circle of life since 2016. I have had the honor of working in both the Corporate office as the receptionist as well as the Metro office as the PCA coordinator. I am now the Corporate PCA Coordinator. I am a member of the Oglala Sioux tribe in South Dakota. I am a proud mother of two boys and two girls. I have always been involved in the native community in South Minneapolis, and I am excited to be a part of the Circle of Life team.
My name is Lidia Torres, and I am the corporate receptionist for Circle of Life Home Care Anishinaabe.
I am Mexican born in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, Mexico. I came to the United States at the age of two years old with my family (parents and siblings). I have lived in Minneapolis, MN for most of my life. I have been with my husband, Miguel, for 17 years. I am a mother of six beautiful children, 2 boys and 4 girls, and grandmother to a beautiful little girl, Hazel, who is now 3. I was a homemaker for many years, but as my children got older, I wanted to rejoin the workforce to feel I was contributing to the community as much as I could. I love working for Circle of Life. It has been an amazing experience. Everyone here is very nice and helpful. I love working with our community and helping in any way possible. I hope to be here for a very long time.
